
Entry Requirements
As a University of Applied Sciences Europe (UE Amsterdam) student, we expect you to meet a certain level of Academic and English entry requirements to pursue a higher education program in English with us.
MSc in Business Management (MBM) Academic Entry Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree equivalent to a Dutch HBO bachelor’s degree in a related field, confirmed via Nuffic
- Related fields are: Business, Economics or Social Sciences, Law, Psychology, Engineering, Computer Sciences or closely related sciences
- Applicants without a related bachelor degree may be considered with a stronger interview. 2+ years’ work experience will strengthen the applicant’s eligibility
- Certificate + transcript with English or Dutch translations where applicable
- Provisional Certificates are accepted if they are submitted with a consolidated transcript and issued within 2 years of the course start date. Final documents must be submitted within 6 months of enrolling
- GPA: 55% minimum (70% minimum for applicants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and North India)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Academic Entry Requirements
- A school leaving certificate equivalent to a Dutch HVO Diploma with a pass in 5 relevant subjects degree, confirmed via Nuffic
- Certificate + transcript with English or Dutch translations where applicable
- Provisional Certificates are accepted if they are submitted with a consolidated transcript and issued within 2 years of the course start date. Final documents must be submitted within 6 months of enrolling
- GPA: 60% minimum (70% minimum for applicants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh and North India)

English Proficiency*
* An exemption for the English language proficiency test may be offered to students who completed a bachelor’s degree at HBO level where the medium of instruction was English, within 3 years of their UE Amsterdam program start date in the following countries:
- Netherlands, UK, Ireland, United States or Canada (except for Quebec), Australia, New Zealand, South Africa or Malta.
